Tropical Overnight Oats
Need something a little sweet to get you through the morning? Overnight Jar Oats satisfy those urges and give you an excellent source of protein fix to support your fitness goals.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk/water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ banana, chopped
- ½ cup mango
- ½ unsweetened coconut
- 20g whey protein
Directions
Mix the ingredients in a bowl or jar, with 1/4 cup of the mango. Add the lid and place in fridge to let the mixture firm overnight. Remove lid and top with remaining mango for the perfect grab-and-go breakfast (or meal) you can eat on-the-go.
