Ingredients:
· 2 scoops (50g) Nitraflex Whey Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder
· 3.5 oz oat flour
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· ½ cup low-fat yogurt
· 1 fl oz low-fat milk
· 2 medium eggs
· 2 tablespoons melted butter (approx.)
· Low-calorie oil spray (for frying)
· 1.5 oz berries (for topping)
· Sugar-free maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all pancake batter ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with low-calorie oil.
3. Spoon in the batter in small rounds to make flipping easier.
4. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown and the tops begin to bubble.
