CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER/ SENIOR VICE PRESEIDENT/ VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

 

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader in developing and managing new and creative growth strategies for our company. As the CMO/VICE PRESIDENT of Marketing, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will leverage your experience and brand expertise to set the GTM strategy that will attract, acquire, engage, and retain new & existing customers. You will lead our digital platform initiative in strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. You will also be working closely with the Head. of Sales to develop a pricing strategy that will help us accelerate profits and maximize sales.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Supervise the department and provide strategic guidance/feedback to the Marketing team
  • Hire/develop and build a best-in-class marketing team
  • Manage and grow the internal marketing department, driving results through new Product, Digital, and Weekly departmental meetings
  • Develop the overall company goals for digital marketing and develop the proper metrics to measure success
  • Create the overall strategy to build brand awareness including positioning, while developing and institutionalizing the overall digital initiative(s) for the company
  • Deploy a marketing budget across multiple channels that you identify and allocate based on the overall growth strategy
  • Review new digital trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the digital marketing space.
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from ideation through to their execution and implementation
  • Develop and drive influencers, ambassadors, and celebrities.
  • Manage press releases and all related customer facing marketing materials, as well as, the overall website design and content marketing
  • Identify and target the Company’s customers and their personas in order to develop and drive marketing strategies that generate high-quality sales leads and growth of the core business
  • Leverage market data to make informed decisions with regard to both existing and new products in terms of development, placement, and digital strategies
  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute the overall strategy for FDM (Food, Drug, and Mass) including but not limited to sales presentations
  • Work with senior management to develop new product formulas and pricing strategy as well as developing budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures, and profit-loss projections

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • A portfolio of growth marketing campaigns that demonstrate an ability to think strategically about growth while delivering measurable results
  • Expertise in managing digital marketing channels
  • Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Leadership experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • In-depth understanding of marketing KPIs and experience tracking and reporting
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPG/Marketing expertise
  • Analytical expertise
  • A data driven approach for reviewing opportunities, programs, and results with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
