Job Summary

The right candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that elevates the GAT Sport brand. This includes product photography and videography, athlete features, lifestyle shoots, and dynamic event coverage. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong technical skills, a passion for storytelling, and an eye for detail, capable of delivering engaging visuals that drive brand awareness, community connection, and sales across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across social media, e-commerce, advertising, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring the brand’s voice and product benefits to life through compelling narratives.
  • Technical Execution: Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with expertise in both studio and live-event settings.
  • Post-Production: Edit and refine raw footage, found footage, and photography into polished deliverables for multiple social channels. This includes color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. Cut, trim, arrange clips, add transitions, and adjust color and audio using professional software.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain media libraries for efficient storage, retrieval, and use.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with creative trends, social-first content, and new production techniques to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and athlete teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns, launches, and strategic goals.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all creative outputs reflect GAT Sport’s brand guidelines for consistency and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a photo & videographer with a strong, diverse portfolio. Must have examples of still images, social post videos, hype videos, reels, TV loops, and other dynamic formats.
  • A demonstrated ability to build a comprehensive digital portfolio, including not only video projects but also still images, curated social media postings, and content designed to showcase brand storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Experience within the sports nutrition, fitness, or wellness industries.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and athletic performance.
  • Expertise in professional photography and videography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Expert level in video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with Eleven Labs, Kaiber, Motionarray, Runwaymi, Turbosquid, Lumalabs, and Midjourney.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and how visuals influence engagement and sales.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with athletes, teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and perform as a one-person team when necessary.
  • Must present a portfolio consisting of both video and still images, along with social media postings and digital content that demonstrate versatility and creativity.
  • Experience working with talent, athletes, and models.
  • Ability to travel for events, athlete shoots, and fitness expos.
